The Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is a large primeval forest located in south-western Uganda and is located in three districts of Kisoro, Kabale and Kanungu.
Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park offers a unique opportunity to see mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.The experience involves a hike through the dense forest to locate a habituated gorilla family, with each trek typically lasting between 30 minutes and 7 hours. The best time for gorilla trekking is during the dry season, from June to August and December to February, but it’s possible to trek year round.

Day 1: Drive from Kampala/Entebbe to Bwindi via Kabale. Overnight at lodge.
